Thank you for your interest in joining the team at Trident Smile Studio! We are a boutique-style dental office focused on exceptional customer service and patient care, looking for a team member who is eager to grow with us.
Currently, our practice is in its growth phase (Trident is a scratch start-up that opened the summer of 2023), which allows for a more personalized approach to dental care. We emphasize quality over quantity and believe in working smarter, not harder. We are a digital office, utilizing Open Dental, a Medit i700 intraoral scanner, and eventually plan to expand to 3D printing and same-day milling. Our initial focus is on general dentistry, with future plans to include more cosmetic procedures and full-mouth rehabilitations.
Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (arrival by 7:45 AM) (with plans to add days as the practice grows)
About the Position:
I am ideally looking for someone with at least one year of experience, but would consider a less experienced candidate who is a quick learner with strong initiative. The most important thing for us is finding someone who can solve problems and adapt to change, as well as someone with great customer service skills—someone who is personable and confident in their communication with patients, both in person and on the phone. Your main responsibilities would involve assisting me directly, maintaining sterilization, and minor front desk support.
Compensation: Ranging from $20-25/hr, dependent on experience, skill set, and certifications. As our office grows, compensation can be reevaluated.
